To reserve your requested
dates, a 50% deposit is required.

Dates are reserved on a
first come first reserved basis.
|
|
A refundable security
deposit of 150 Euros is required.
|
The apartment or chalet
must be in a tidy state when checking out.
Dishes must be done and all
garbage removed to the proper location.
Failure to do so will result
in a 50 Euro charge to be subtracted from the security deposit.

|
Upon arrival a Short
Term Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed.
|
If you will require sheets and towels
an extra charge of 60 Euros will be added to your total. This charge supplies
sheets and towels for up to 4 people. Each additional person above 4 will
add another 15 Euros to the total.

you wish )

A maximum of five people
are allowed in the 2 bedroom apartment.
A maximum of six people are
allowed in the 3 bedroom chalet.
|
Both the Apartment and Chalet
are in family oriented locations, therefore no loud partying is allowed
late into the evening.
If problems occur due to this,
the security deposit will not be returned.
|
|
The balance of your total
must
be paid at least four weeks prior to your visit.
|
Keys may be picked up after
9:00 am and before 11:00 pm.
Outside of these hours, an extra
10 Euro dollar charge applies.
|
|
25% of the deposit is
non-refundable.
|
|
A cancellation fee of
50% of the deposit will be applied if less than 6 weeks notice is
given from your reserved date.
|
|
Rental periods 3 weeks
or greater will include a maximum of 100 euros worth of electricity. Any
amount above this will result in an extra charge being applied.
